Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Jump4Fun will deliver and set up each inflatable and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your event starts and come back to take it down after the event is over. Set up normally takes about 15-60 minutes depending on the unit. This service is included in your inflatable rental cost.

What kind of power is required?
Our inflatables plug into a standard 110 household outlet. Larger units have two to three blowers and should be on their own separate breaker. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the inflatable should be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up an inflatable at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

What type of surface can the inflatable be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on a gym floor, concrete, or asphalt. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

How much room do I need to set up an inflatable?
This depends on the dimensions of the inflatable and the dimensions can be found on the website for each item.

Are you Insured?

Yes. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent an inflatable are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up an inflatable until the liability waiver is signed.

Is there a deposit required to reserve an inflatable?

We do not require a deposit. We will collect full payment on the day of the event prior to setup.

What forms of payment does Jump4Fun accept?
Jump4Fun accepts cash, certified cheques, money orders and some company cheques. Please check with Jump4Fun prior to event.

How do I reserve my inflatable?
Simple! You can call or email Jump4Fun and we will help you place your order and gladly answer any questions you might have. Our busiest times are the month of December and May to September, so it is recommended that you book your inflatable early.

What if I have to cancel?
Just give us a call as soon as possible so that Jump4Fun has the opportunity to rent out your reserved inflatable to another customer.

What are Jump4Fun’s weather policies?
There is no cancellation fee for bad weather. If inclement weather including high winds (winds greater that 35kms) occurs on the day of your event, you can cancel or reschedule the booking. If during your event poor weather or high winds occur or approach, the inflatable will have to be deflated until the winds diminish.
